Carers

Recruitment by AP are supporting care and nursing homes across the Southwest by introducing them to individuals who have, or haven’t, worked in care before.

Recruitment by AP is supporting care and nursing homes across the Southwest by introducing them to individuals who have, or haven’t, worked in care before – it doesn’t matter what previous roles you have previously or how much care experience you have, what does matter is that you are caring, compassionate & kind.

We support numerous care and nursing homes across Devon and Somerset and have vacancies available for an immediate start with an hourly rate of £10 – £15, depending on the provider and experience.

A typical care assistant role is so varied and one day is never the same, however just some of the support you’ll be giving to individuals in the home will be personal care such as washing, dressing, eating, and assisting with days out in the local community, helping at mealtimes and assisting with activities – and of course, being a companion. Making sure the individual's physical and emotional needs are being met.
